Business Developer

Localyse is looking for a young and ambitious Business Developer to join its team. We are seeking a commercial talent that thrives in a quick sales cycle environment and that will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives with our strategic partner

Role and Responsibilities

  • Learn all about, the award winning workflow management solution
  • Promote this easy-to-use, fun and collaborative platform to organisations
  • Develop sales pipeline through targeted sales campaigns and social selling
  • Master yourself in sales automation with compelling sales touches
  • Schedule meetings with potential customers and identify their needs
  • Qualify leads and convert them into opportunities
  • Translate business challenges into value based solutions using
  • Prepare and run tailormade demos that convince your prospects
  • Bring opportunities to closure and count on the full support of the team
  • Contribute in sales meetings and elaborate on your sales forecast
  • Proactively target new business opportunities in the market
  • Continuously improve through feedback and coaching
  • Think along with the company and share your ideas and thoughts
  • And finally, be part of the fun – work hard, play hard!

Skills and Experience

  • Work experience as a Sales Representative or a strong commercial interest 
  • Marketing, communications or Project Management experience is an advantage
  • Excellent communication skills with a positive and energetic phone / video call presence
  • A strong believer in selling value
  • Passion for digital transformation and business processes
  • Strong listening skills to translate the needs / pains of your prospects into solutions
  • Creative and collaborative mindset
  • LinkedIn experience is an advantage
  • Perseverance in closing deals with eyes on the prize
  • Highly motivated and target driven – desire to be (part of) the best (team)
  • Fluent in Dutch and English
