Change Consultant Google Workspace

Localyse is looking for a Change Consultant to join its team. We are seeking a person that will be responsible for all Change Management aspects that comes along with a Google Workspace project. She / he will play a fundamental role in such a transition and has major impact on the customer satisfaction and ROI of this investment.

Role and Responsibilities

  • Learn all about Google Workspace, the business productivity and collaboration platform
  • Learn all about our change methology and how it helps in maximising the ROI
  • Manage the entire Change process of a Google Workspace deployment
  • Make end-users enthousiast for this change and train them in any aspect the platform offers value
  • Take full ownership in Google Workspace implementations (for small / medium sized business at first)
  • When needed, provide presales assitance to our business development team
  • Identify up- and cross-sell opportunities
  • Proactively target for new business opportunities in the market
  • Contribute in delivery meetings
  • Continuously improve through feedback and coaching
  • Think along with the company and share your ideas and thoughts
  • And finally, be part of the fun – work hard, play hard!

Skills and Experience

  • Proven work experience as a Change Consultant, preferably in workplace solutions (Google, Microsoft or other SaaS platforms)
  • Experience as a Project Manager is a plus
  • Familiar with Google Workspace or you’re eager to learn more about it
  • IT technical background is a plus
  • Excellent communication skills with a positive and energetic tone of voice
  • Passion for digital transformation and user productivity
  • Perseverance, creativity and and taking initiatives are part of your personality
  • Problem solver with an open mindset
  • You always put the customer first and you get along with any kind of people
  • Fluent in Dutch, English and French
