Customer Success Manager

Localyse is looking for a Customer Success Manager to join its team. We are seeking a customer centric person that develops customer relationships that promote retention and loyalty. This person will closely work with our customers to ensure they are satisfied with the services they receive. She / he will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious growth objectives with our strategic partner

Role and Responsibilities

  • Learn all about, the award winning task & project management platform
  • Understand the strategic goals of our clients and how could contribute in achieving them
  • Become the ‘digital workplace’ trusted advisor for our clients
  • Deliver and communicate ROI for our clients, throughout the customer lifecycle
  • Introduce new functionality that has been released and make sure our clients benefit from it
  • Inspire our clients with success stories from other clients
  • Renew contracts – never lose a customer
  • Grow existing accounts by looking use cases within other teams or departments
  • Proactively target for new business opportunities in the market
  • Continuously improve through feedback and coaching
  • Think along with the company and share your ideas and thoughts
  • And finally, be part of the fun – work hard, play hard!

Skills and Experience

  • Proven work experience in a customer facing position
  • Excellent communication skills with a positive and energetic phone / video call presence
  • Strong empathy, always focused on your customer’s success
  • Passion for digital transformation and business processes
  • Strong listening skills to translate the needs / pains of your prospects into solutions
  • Highly motivated and target driven – desire to be the best
  • Fluent in Dutch and English, French is a plus
