Three ways to stay ahead of the competition:

  1. Local Inventory Ads (LIA): Nothing is more frustrating than driving to a store for nothing. Link your inventory system to your locator. The customer sees from home: “Sneaker X in size 42? In stock at the Utrecht branch.” This significantly increases visit intent.
  2. Hyper-Personalized Routing: Don’t just send your customer to the nearest store, but to the best store for them. Is there heavy traffic on the way to location A? Proactively suggest location B, which is only a 2-minute longer drive but perfectly accessible.
  3. Shoppable Maps: Integrate offers directly onto the map. A customer searches for your store and immediately sees: “Today 20% off all jackets at this branch”..
